What about creating a worldwide platform where companies can join to let (in pertinent cases) their employees exchange their job for the job of a person from another company, in a straightforward manner, not requiring too many formalities/interviews. This could possibly be good for all parties in situations such as: - workers have changed their preferences on what they want to work on - the workers exchanging their jobs would be closer to home in their new jobs What do you think?
the world is a stupid place... we have big big companies that require a lot of company-specific knowledge to be able to perform. if the model of big companies disappear, it would be better
