+1 Love the idea. I'm a musician, too, and thought it would be cool to put raw "riffs" or "hooks" in here and see how people respond. Sort of like "how loud did people clap at the end of that song?"
Do you know of any external sites that allows you to upload tracks (besides SoundCloud) and link to them? We could start using that right away (sort of like using imgur to host images for us).

Great idea...would be cool to create a row of "clapping hand icons" 10 or so, the first icon being a weak yawning clap, and 10 being blisters on hands from clapping so hard with a whistle thrown in.
